DELIVERY POLICY AND CONDITIONS
On Creativ Handmade, you can order and we deliver to any city in Romania, but also in other countries of the world upon request, with confirmation of the cost of transport in advance.
It is important to keep in mind the following information:
- Carefully analyze the desired product on the site, before sending any order. You will find all the necessary information on the product presentation page. Also, on the product presentation image you can Zoom in to analyse the material and its details. - Domestic deliveries are made through the courier service of the Romanian Post within 7-10 working days from the confirmation of the order or through the fast courier service within 4-7 working days from the confirmation of the order.
- The delivery schedule of the packages to the destination is Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 17:00.
- External deliveries are made through a fast international courier company, within 7-10 business days from order confirmation. The term can be extended in the case of countries with customs administration.
If, for any reason, the courier company asks you to pay any amount, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
The package with the ordered product will be brought to the destination you indicate in the order form. In case you are not found or a person designated by you, you will be contacted by telephone for a new delivery attempt – in the case of the fast courier service, or advised to go to the nearest indicated post office / to which you belong. – in the case of the postal service.
After paying the value of the parcel (identical to the value of the online order, plus the shipping cost), you can take possession of it.
The delivery schedule of the packages to the destination is from Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 17:00 for the option of fast courier.
RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS
This clause applies according to O.U.G. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques.
Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he gives up the purchase and then returns the product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, valid for both internal and external orders.
- If you want to return the ordered product for various reasons, please send an email to our email address, with the subject “I want to return”, [the name of the product] accompanied by the completed form and downloaded from this link. Please specify your e-mail address, telephone number and the address where the product was delivered to you, as well as the bank account where you want to receive the money.
- The costs of return will be fully borne by the Customer. Careful!!! We do not receive reimbursement packages.
- In order to return the money, as soon as the product has reached us and the same initial state is ascertained, the exclusive amount of the product purchased in the specified bank account will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
- The returned product must be in the same state in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).
- Creativ Handmade reserves the legal right not to accept the return of any product if it is damaged.
- If the product is returned in a state in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee for the initial resumption (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as a second -hand or, at the customer’s option, we will resend the product, at his expense.
- According to the laws in force regarding the transfer of property, applied in Romania, regarding the transport of goods remotely, the product is the responsibility of the client, until he reaches us.
- If you have been sent a different product than the one you ordered, you can return it at no additional cost. We will bear all the transport costs and will send the requested product as soon as we receive the package. These return policies do not in any way affect your rights established by applicable law.
PRODUCT COLORS
We have made every effort to present the products in the original colors. However, each screen may have different settings and it is possible to see slightly changed colors from the original. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that what you see on the screen is the exact color of the product.
