The company that owns Creativ Handmade is not considered responsible for any personal data or information that you direct to a third party.

ORDER POSITION
By placing an order on the creativ-handmade.net website, you provide us with the consent to use your information (including those added) for the purpose of delivering the required products, services and information. This also implies the agreement to third parties who are involved in the activity described above. We understand that once you accept the Terms and Conditions as well as the Security of Information, we have your agreement to use the personal information provided by you in order to exclude possible fraud. This information could be registered by the authorized bodies. If you are under 18, please notify your guardian about this action.
In order to place an order, you need to register your information in our database.
In order to register on the site, you will need a valid “Email” and a “Password” to keep. Access to the site and the consequences of any activity carried out by using the password is your entire responsibility.
The order can only be operated after the complete registration with your data. Once registered, you can return to the products you want to view.
For products custom made, an additional charge of 20-30% of the value of the product is applied. You will be sent in writing the offer regarding the final price you must pay for the product made to order. The production order will be launched only after your acceptance with the confirmation of the payment of the product in advance. In this case, the possibility of returning the product is no longer valid, the Customer assuming full responsibility regarding the order and the information transmitted, in the case of a conforming product.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that raise suspicions, such as a very large number of products, incomplete or unverifiable login information, unconfirmed delivery address, etc.
The payment is made through a refund system or online when the order is placed. All prices include VAT. The order confirmation date is considered the zero day regarding the delivery time of the product (see “DELIVERY AND RETURN”).
Prices are set when the products are displayed on the site and include VAT and can be changed if the discount policy is applied. Prices are expressed in RON.
MAJOR POWER
None of the contracting parties is responsible for the failure to execute on time and / or the inadequate performance – in whole or in part – of any obligation incumbent upon them under this contract, if the failure to perform or improper execution of the respective obligation was caused by force majeure, as defined by law.
